Sizes run small because of the tighter fabric used for these slips.  This fabric was chosen to hold your insulin pump (or other medical device) securely in place, making it so your device doesn't bounce around a lot when you walk. If you are a 28" waist in "regular" clothes or jeans, but have more curvy hips or backside, the 30" waist size slip would likely work best for you, depending on how tight you prefer your slips to fit. If the slip is too tight, the hemline tends to ride up when we walk, making for a less than optimal experience.  It is suggested to order a size up if you have curvier hips and bum.

Size 28" in white and sizes 30" , 32" , 36" & 38" in either color option are being manufactured now and will be shipped out in early 2026.

Amazing game changer for T1D ladies!

Short Skirt My Pump

I wear above the knee dresses a lot. Is there a shorter version?

You’re in luck! The slips are all manufactured with the ability to easily shorten them! Turn your slip inside out & you will see buttons in 4 places & also 4 elastic bands around the hemline.

Fold the slip so that each elastic bands goes over each corresponding button. Turn your slip back and voila, the middle zipper of the longer version of the slip is the bottom zipper of the now shortened slip.
